Color standards: Body entirely grey, bright red tail. The face is bare of feathers and the beak is black. 

Personality: Very good imitator, affectionate with his teachers. His intelligence requires constant stimulation. 

Known health problems: feather picking, aspergillosis, hypocalcemia, respiratory infections. 

Note: This is a parrot that's been imported in great numbers. 

Reproduction: Lays 3 to 5 eggs with an incubation period of 29 to 30 days.
