Color standards: The body is green with blue stripes near the eyes and the back of its head on the male only. The blue mutation is quite common.

Personality: A small parrot with lots of character. It is best kept as only a pet bird.

Reproduction: 4-6 eggs and incubation period ranging from 18 to 20 days.
