Nationality: Domestic, but we can find doves in the wild in central Los Angeles, California.

Longevity: 10 years

Standard color: light fawn, black collar on the back, variety of white is also present in captivity.

Personality: Relatively quiet bird, only the male emits a noise known as the cooing.

Known health problems: Trichomoniasis

Note: The chicks leave the nest after about 14 days.

Reproduction: Lay 2-3 eggs Incubation 13-14 days.
